Last week I wrote about Stuck Stories, the figurative movie trailers that loop through our minds after conflict. A Stuck Story isn’t the story of the conflict; it’s our story of the conflict, a montage of the moments that were meaningful to us. We subconsciously select moments that we need to understand and perhaps act on.

For this month’s reflection prompt, I want to delve into Stuck Stories a bit more. Our Stuck Stories are trying to tell us something. Let’s figure out what it is.
