In my book The Conflict Pivot, I said that our Stuck Stories—the figurative movie trailers that loop through our minds after conflict—get stuck because they’re trying to tell us something.

In last month’s reflection prompt, I walked us through the first part of an exercise I have done with live audiences, coaching clients, and students for over 20 years. For this month’s reflection, we’ll walk through the second part of the exercise. We’re going to figure out what our Stuck Story is trying to tell us.
