I’ve heard from a number of subscribers that they’d like help finding pleasant yet assertive ways to convey to someone that the way they’re talking to them isn’t ok. Said one,
When I ask nicely, they don’t seem to take me seriously. When I try to be assertive about it, they get angry. I can’t seem to find middle ground here. Help!
